Retail Clerk

Compensation: $16+/hour, based on experience

This position is ideal for students looking to work after school 2-3 days a week, up to 12 hours per week.  (Mondays - Thursdays, 4PM - 8:30PM and/or Fridays 3PM - 6PM), from approximately August 27, 2026 - October 2, 2026. 

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Greet customers, communicate our products and services, assist customers with instrument rentals, maintain store appearance, displays, and inventory, and other tasks as assigned by Retail Manager.

Requirements & Skills:

• Able to bend, lift, and carry up to 50 lbs
• Able to climb ladders
  
• Able to multitask effectively
• Able to communicate clearly, concisely, and effectively in a team setting
• Able to follow established processes and procedures
• Able to effectively manage time and prioritize tasks
• Must be proficient with computers
• Must be 16 years of age or older and able to provide a valid work permit.
• Must be self-motivated with strong attention to detail
• Familiarity with band and orchestral instruments preferred but not required
  

Order Fulfillment/Warehouse Clerks

Compensation: $20/hour

Full-time, approximately 30-40 hours per week, Monday - Friday, between the hours of 9AM - 5PM, from approximately August 10, 2026 - October 9, 2026. 

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Pick and pack instrument and accessory orders in warehouse environment, assist with packing/shipping orders, other clerical tasks as needed

Requirements & Skills:

• 1+ year fulfillment experience
• Familiarity with band and orchestral instruments preferred
  
• Must be 18 years or older
• Able to stand for long periods of time
• Able to bend, lift and carry up to 50 lbs
  
• Able to climb ladders
  
• Able to communicate clearly, concisely and effectively in a team setting
• Able to follow established processes and procedures
• Able to effectively manage time and prioritize tasks
• Proficient with Android OS

Band Repair Technician

Westborough, MA
