Shipping Policy

David French Music Company delivers any instrument rental or accessory orders free of charge to the school systems we service. Any items ordered may also be picked up at our retail facility in Westborough, MA. Certain accessory orders may be shipped upon special request at an additional charge. Instrument rental orders MUST be picked up either at your child's school or at our retail location; we DO NOT ship instruments by any means.

David French Music Company Returns Policy

For all returns/exchanges, please contact our office immediately at (800) 366-5993. Items must be returned to our retail store within 30 days of purchase with the receipt for a refund, exchange or store credit.

For a return on a damaged/defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of purchase.

Special orders of non-stock merchandise are non returnable.

All woodwind and brass instrument purchases that are returned are assessed a $10.00 sterilization fee. Instruments priced over $2,000.00 are assessed a $20.00 fee.

Restocking Fees

Any returns on instruments purchased outright through David French Music, or items that are returned in a condition less than described will be assessed a 20% restocking fee.

Non-returnable Items

• Copyright protected media : scores, books, and CD/DVD's.
• Mouthpieces and mouth-blown items.
• The following items are returnable ONLY if defective or unopened: strings, reeds, rosin, drumheads, drumsticks, cleaners, cleaning kits, polishes, and polishing cloths.
